​Our approach

At FearfullyFit, every program I create is tailored specifically to meet your unique needs and experience level. I achieve this by focusing on the four pillars of fitness: Exercise, Nutrition, Supplementation, and Coaching & Accountability.

The exercise pillar is delivered through personalized workout plans and easy-to-follow video tutorials, designed with your body movement in mind. 

For nutrition, I assess your current habits, provide a custom calorie count, and set a daily protein goal to help you reach your fitness targets. I don't believe in restrictive diets or cheat days but focus on balance, addressing any gaps in your nutrition and offering sustainable solutions.

The supplementation pillar is supported by providing high quality, third-party tested supplements delivered directly to your door, ensuring you get the most out of your efforts. 

Finally, through the coaching and accountability pillar, I offer ongoing support via the Trainerize app, where you can track both your food and your workout logs, offering consistent feedback to ensure you stay on track and progress toward your goals.
